Now that the holiday season is approaching or has just passed (depending on when you are reading this), many people are looking for quick ways on how to lose belly fat. Exercise routine: Exercise is vital for losing belly fat. Even if you follow the best diet of the world you cannot achieve good results if you do not exercise. If during the holidays you did not follow your exercise schedule then this is the time to start again. At the first couple of days start slow and easy but then try to increase both the intensity and frequency of the exercises. To get good results from exercise you have to put your body into pressure. Doing the same set and type of exercises over and over again is not very effective. You need to create new challenges for your body so that the extra effort needed to cope with the exercises is translated into burning more fat. There are certain types of exercises to lose belly fat that are more efficient than others and for optimum results you need to adapt to them.

Healthy lifestyle: Healthy lifestyle means a lot of things. The basics are the two principles explained above, healthy diet and exercise, but there are also some others factors that work towards a healthier way of living. For example you need to sleep at least 8 hours per day. You need to rest and make breaks from work and other obligations frequently. You should try and reduce stress as much as possible and for sure de-associate stress with food.
